Trying to generalize the on-going work about mapping in the http output, it can be expected that an output require a specific JSON payload and cannot be satisfied by the generic event.to_json conversion.
It would also allow using the same source event in several outputs without having to clone/mutate the event in the pipeline.

Sadly the most interested output (http) do not support codec atm
